MEET THE COACH

Zac Anderson - HEAD COACH C2Z


C2Z exists to assist athletes with proven training methods, to achieve their athletic goals. Head Coach and founder, Zac Anderson, possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience across a range of sports. Holding a Bachelor of Sports Science (Human Movement and Exercise Science), Zac has competed for the past 12 years at a high level in triathlon, cycling and mountain bike racing, achieving various podiums and race wins.
 
Zac has been able to combine his passion for sports science, cycling and triathlon through C2Z Performance Coaching - Training plans are developed by using a detailed understanding of the human body and the physiological systems involved in training adaptation and peak performance. Zac is not only a Triathlon Australia Registered Development Coach, but also a

 


Cycling Australia Registered Coach , Level Two Strength and Conditioning (Australian Strength and Conditioning Association) Certificate IV  in Sports Coaching. Zac also holds a Certificate IV in Fitness/ Personal Training, Les Mills RPM (indoor cycling) and Thump Boxing Advanced Instructor, giving him a unique ability to coach and develop his athletes using a wide knowledge pool.

Zac has been fortunate enough to work with a range of athletes from elite national junior athletes, state, national and international cyclists and triathletes, and assisting master’s athletes also. With a strong background in Strength and Conditioning Zac has worked with a variety of sports teams (football, soccer,
basketball and athletes from swimming, athletics and cycling as well as being the head coach for the Schools Sports Victoria Triathlon Team.
